Here are the instructions for ordering your custom invitations:

  1. Initial Inquiry and Consultation: Contact us to discuss your invitation needs and ideas.

  2. Design Selection and Customization: Choose your preferred design and customize it then fill up our order form or click Book now in our website.

  3. Quotation and Approval: We will provide a quotation for your selected design. Review and approve the quotation to proceed.

  4. Order Placement and 50% Payment: Place your order by making a 50% payment. Please send proof of payment to confirm your order.

  5. Fill Out the Event Details Form: Complete the event details form to provide all necessary information for your invitations.

  6. Proofing and Final Approval: Review the digital proof of your invitation design. Provide feedback or approve the final version for production.

  7. Production and Quality Check: Once approved, we will begin production and conduct a quality check to ensure everything meets our standards.

  8. Full Payment: Make the remaining payment once the invitations have passed the quality check and ready for shipment or pickup.

  9. Packaging and Shipping: We will carefully package your invitations and arrange for shipping.

  10. Delivery / Shipping: You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Our standard processing time is 3-4 weeks for classic suites and 5-8 weeks for Premium suites. Requests for invitations needed within 1 to 2 weeks will be classified as rush orders.

We are pleased to fulfill rush orders with an extra charge of P500. Please let us know your desired timeline, and we will strive to meet your requirements promptly.

The minimum order for classic suites is 20pcs and 50pcs for the premium suites.

Certainly! We offer a complimentary trial print for you to review before proceeding with mass printing.

Yes, you can order a pre-made sample invitation, but we do not offer sample printing. The trial print is only done after you have placed the order and made the down payment.

If there is an error in your invitation order, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reprinting as we do not proceed with printing without your approval.

 

Therefore, we highly recommend carefully reviewing all details before finalizing your order. Double-check names, dates, addresses, and any other critical information to ensure accuracy. Your attention to detail will ensure that your special event goes smoothly and that your invitations arrive just as you envisioned.

Yes, for those who wish to add a unique touch, our design team is ready to bring your ideas to life. Simply provide us with your inspiration, and we’ll work closely with you to create an invitation that perfectly captures the essence of your special day. The custom-made design service is higher than the template-based design.

You can personalize the design, colors, and wording of the invitations, but any design customization will incur an additional charge for custom layout.

 

We offer a range of templates to choose from, each crafted to fit various themes and styles.

For those who wish to add a unique touch, our design team is ready to bring your ideas to life. Simply provide us with your inspiration, and we’ll work closely with you to create an invitation that perfectly captures the essence of your special day.

We provide template-based designs, Canva templates, or custom-made templates. Alternatively, you can submit your own layout, as long as you adhere to our terms for custom designs.

Free layout is provided for orders of 100 pieces and above, based on templates.

For orders below 100 pieces, there is a P200 charge per page for layout, or P500 for 3 pages, based on templates.

Customized layout (not available in our existing templates) incurs a charge of P350 per page or P1000 for 3 pages. For complex designs or designs requiring purchase, customization costs may be higher.

Map tracing services are available for P300 (custom map layout).

All services include 3 complimentary revisions, with 3 revised drafts sent for review before final proofing.

Yes it depends on the total quantity and total amount due.
